Job description
- Staff Finance (Account Payable)
Contracting with vendors
Create a payment plan for overdue Account Payable
Input payment to the system
Reconcile expedited bills
Reporting account payable weekly & monthly - Account Receivable-Mitra
Verify and recap invoicesCreate due billsReporting daily accounts receivableCreate accounts receivable cards and closing monthly accounts receivableCreate monthly non-trade goods bills
Create bill letter - Account Receivable-Own StoreUpdate sales data and payment methods
Update the bank account on the escrow account
Verifying daily sales report
Create customer refunds after reconciliation
