Job description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store development or project management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of store development/Expansion strategies, layout planning, and location analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
- Excellent communication skills (negotiation) and the ability to interact with various parties, including contractors and vendors.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
