1. Review agreements and contracts following the company's regulations and standards
2. Provide legal advice and resolve any business issues and legal risks
3. Build relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external
4. Manage and prepare legal documents
5. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations and retail industry developments
6. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
7. Evaluate legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to company management.
8. Ensure company compliance with applicable legal regulations and implement appropriate internal policies.

1. Staff Finance (Account Payable)
   Contracting with vendors

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store development or project management, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Strong understanding of store development/Expansion strategies, layout planning, and location analysis.
3. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
5. Excellent communication skills (negotiation) and the ability to interact with various parties, including contractors and vendors.
6. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
